描述

Ability 67，又名暗之触，是一种罕见异能。出于其特殊性，其异能者应当得到管控与善待。

Ability 67通过异能者用无名指触碰坚硬物体激活，当异能者激活Ability 67时，以其触碰点为中心的圆形区域内的所有物质将无法被光源照亮，无论是自然光源还是人造光源。于是，这一区域内的物体会变得完全漆黑，不会反射或折射任何光线，甚至能阻止激光或红/紫外线的通过。这一效果对周围环境的视觉感知造成严重干扰，使受影响的个体难以看见、辨识或定位物体。值得注意的是，此异能并不会影响热量传递，因此处于黑暗区域的物体仍可通过热感知等方式被感知。

Ability 67的影响半径是可调控的，初始时通常为为3米半径，随着异能者使用这一异能的次数增加，对该异能的熟练度提高，此范围可以增加到4至5米。同样的，若异能者长期未发动Ability 67，其熟练度会衰退，此范围会相应减小。5米半径通常是这一异能所能达到的极限范围，但异能者依然可以通过消耗自身理智来扩大这一范围。当其这样做时，其极易发疯或猝死。在发动时长上的特性与影响半径类似，下限5分钟，上限48小时，同样可消耗理智进行延长。

精神病人对Ability 67的操控能力是最强的，若其完全失去理智，则其理论上可以使半个地球陷入无尽黑暗之中，异能档案馆现已有这样的事故报告，详见下文永夜降临事件。

进阶

上文所述为Ability 67的初级掌握阶段，又名光线封锁。当异能者大量发动异能时，Ability 67将会进化为以下阶段。

感知剥夺

异能者能够通过Ability 67屏蔽周围的感知系统。在这一情形，周围的雷达、热感应、声纳等设备将无法探测到Ability 67范围内的物体。所有电子感应和自然感应，例如如超声波等将被扰乱，并在该区域内产生某种程度的静默效果，干扰传感器的正常工作。

热量耗竭

当异能者同时拥有Ability 67和Ability 87时，感知剥夺将不会产生，转而诞生热量耗竭。此时Ability 67能够使范围内的一切物质逐步失去热量，进入一种渐进式热力学过程，从而迅速降低区域内物体的温度，甚至导致局部冻结、金属物质的脆化等现象。物体失去热量的速度与异能者的精神损耗成正比。当长时间使用时，区域内的物体将变得极为脆弱，结构可能在没有外力干扰的情况下自动破裂。对于生命体则会导致冻伤或机能失常，但这是基本不可能的，任何尝试坚持如此长时间的异能者均会导致其脑死亡。

■■■■年■■月，■国的一所精神病院中，一名未及时发现并管控的患有精神疾病的Ability 67异能者，偶然用无名指触碰到了病床边的床头柜，从而导致其所在城市及其周边城市全部陷入Ability 67引起的黑暗中。随后，L.W.E.迅速派出一名Ability 2异能者在另一名Ability 1异能者的护送下前往该国，经过搜寻后，利用Ability 2使该Ability 67异能者恢复理智，并对外界进行大规模记忆删除。

克制

记录在数据库中的绝大部分精神类异能，例如Ability 2，均可以通过唤起Ability 67异能者的理智来打断其异能。同时，强烈的热源，例如Ability 1异能者创造的火焰，可以破除小范围内的Ability 67。

去向

大部分Ability 67异能者为无工作状态，少部分成为了职业杀手、私刑者和雇佣兵。

获取方式

在数据库中有记载的所有Ability 67异能者均曾经患有黑暗恐惧症，且在患有此症期间曾被迫待在一处基本黑暗无光的空间内长达5个小时以上。当他们离开该区域后，便觉醒了Ability 67。但在他们克服了黑暗恐惧症之前，这一异能均是不可控制的，会在他们感受到任何正面情绪后触发，这让不少Ability 67异能者都在觉醒异能初期患上了心理疾病甚至自杀。
